Dave chairs the firm’s Labor and Employment Law Group and has been repeatedly recognized and included in The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA: A Guide to America’s Leading Business Lawyers, and Indiana Super Lawyers. - Assisting in employee theft and embezzlement investigations, required reporting and restitution strategies
- Conducting in-house workshops to keep management current on recent legal developments and to sharpen supervisors’ skills in avoiding employment law problems
